The outer layer is made of soft but durable material and has an adjustable inner rim and 2 large front pockets for warming hands. The inner layer is a contrasting color with a zippered and seamless ultrasonic quilted structure full of 60G polyester insulation. Each layer has its own style, and you can wear each layer separately.
